Do not tolerate discriminatory behavior in the workplace

Minneapolis residents deserve to go to their offices in the morning free from fear of being sexually harassed or discriminated against on the basis of their race, religion or sexual orientation. They also deserve to be in a workspace free from arbitrary rules and to know that rules and procedures will be followed in case disciplinary actions need to be taken against them. However, action cannot be taken against employees who have complained of laws being broken at their office or for reporting inappropriate behavior.

Unfortunately, such incidents take place in offices on a daily basis across the state. Employees do not know their rights when it comes to employment law and therefore are unable to get the justice they deserve. In other instances, they are afraid to sue their employer, afraid of losing everything but compromising their morals in the process.

We understand how difficult it is for employees to stand up to their employers, which is why we set our client’s minds at ease while we protect their rights. We understand that it is not just about compensation when pursuing a claim against one’s former office — it is about recovering one’s dignity and reputation. We stand by our clients as they prevent their former employers from violating any more employment laws.

No one should have to tolerate discrimination, harassment and the fear of retaliation in the workplace. With years of experience under our belt, we strive to ensure just that. For more on employment law violations, visit our page.
