Understanding The Issues That Firefighters, Law Enforcement And Public Employees Face

The intricacies of employment law cases involving firefighters, law enforcement officers and other public employees make these matters exceptionally complicated. Further adding to the complexity of these matters are the specific rules related to the rights possessed by individuals who are a part of police or firefighters’ unions and the procedure for asserting these rights.

We know how to successfully navigate through the various rules and regulations that impact the outcome of these matters, and we know how to handle the public relations aspect of cases involving fire departments, police departments, city offices, school districts and other municipal entities.
